Return Policy
No Returns on Medications: In accordance with federal and state regulations, Body Rx cannot accept returns of prescription medications once they have been dispensed by the pharmacy and shipped to the patient.
Clinical Necessity: All prescriptions are issued based on a provider’s medical determination of clinical necessity. Once a prescription has been processed and fulfilled, it is non-refundable.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders: If a patient receives a medication that is damaged, tampered with, or does not match the prescribed order due to a pharmacy error, the patient must contact us within 48/72 hours of delivery. In such cases, we will coordinate with the partner pharmacy to provide a replacement at no additional cost to the patient.
Order Cancellations: Patients may cancel their treatment plan and receive a full refund for any non-medical services (such as consultation fees) provided the cancellation request is received at least 24/48 hours prior to the scheduled appointment. Once the medical consultation has occurred and the prescription has been transmitted to the pharmacy, no refunds will be issued.
Service and Consultation Fees: Medical Consultation Fees: Fees paid for medical evaluations, whether in-person or via synchronous video, are for the provider's professional time and expertise. These fees are non-refundable regardless of whether a prescription is issued.
Laboratory Testing: Once lab work has been performed at a CLIA-certified facility, the associated fees are non-refundable as the service has been rendered."
